Welcome to VisioBlast. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

VisioBlast provides web development, ecommerce solutions, POS systems, school management systems, custom software development, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payments & Pricing

Pricing for services is as listed on our website or as agreed in project proposals.
Payments are processed through available methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.).
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered work (websites, code, designs).
VisioBlast retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.
Third-party assets (icons, fonts, images) remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on complexity and client feedback.
Minor revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Major scope changes may incur additional charges.
Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and required content (text, images, branding).

6. Limitation of Liability

VisioBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
